The terrain is not always flat, with elevations ranging from 200 to 400 meters above sea level. The trekking duration is approximately 6 to 7 hours per day
We do not guarantee that we will always see orangutans during the trekking. There is an 95% chance of encountering orangutans in the wild
We encountered several types of monkeys, gibbons, peacocks, and hornbills. During the longer trek, we met a group of wild elephants on the 5-day, 4-night journey
Only 1 out of 100 local people has ever contracted malaria, we can say our tour is safe from malaria disease
There are venomous cobras, scorpions, and centipedes. However, there has never been an accident due to animal bites on our tour
The minimum age for our tour is 8 years, this is a safe age for trekking that requires an overnight stay in the jungle
Children under 8 years old, we organize trekking for 3 hours to 1 day trek
Whenever you have time, you can take our tour
September to December is the rainy season. The weather in the rainforest is difficult to predict. Even during the dry season, rainfall remains quite high due to climate change. However, rain does not significantly disrupt tour activities
you will pay 20% deposit and settle it upon arrival, the method of payment is paypal
We return 100% deposit if canceled one month in advance, but if the cancellation is made a week before, we will refund 50% of the deposit as compensation for the accommodation partner and the guide schedule.

We recommend exchanging some rupiah at the Kualanamu airport.
